Chapel Haven Advances Its Mission with New Facilities and Campus Expansion11/27/2024
Chapel Haven, a nationally accredited program for adults with special needs, has served New Haven since 1976. As part of a redevelopment plan, it added a Welcome Center and residential education buildings. John and Sara assisted in creating a Planned Development District, drafting regulations, and coordinating with the city to support Chapel Haven's unique mission.

Culminating a year-long entitlement process, the Branford Planning & Zoning Commission recently approved the redevelopment of a 14-acre property to permit a mixed-use development on property where residential uses previously were prohibited. John Knuff and Sara Sharp represented CP Branford, LLC, in creating a new Planned Development District.
