09/08/2026Hurwitz Sagarin & Slossberg filed a class action suit against the Town of Greenwich and its speed camera vendor, Blue Line Solutions, LLC, a Tennessee entity, on behalf of drivers who were ticketed and paid a fine under the town’s school-zone camera program. The complaint alleges that the Town of Greenwich failed to follow the procedures required before adopting the camera ordinance and is now in violation of Connecticut law and the town’s general statutes.
