Strategically located across from the senior living center, these townhomes offer residents a comfortable downsizing option and a seamless transition to senior care if needed. John’s adept navigation secured a zone change approval and special permit approval from the Planning & Zoning Commission and the green light from the Inland Wetland Commission, clearing essential hurdles for the project's advancement.
In addition to the townhomes, the development will feature a 4,800-square-foot clubhouse and extensive landscaping. Groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for 2025, promising a positive impact on the Tylerville Village District.
