Daniel Sorger Joins Hurwitz Sagarin Slossberg & Knuff as an Associate
10/9/2023Milford, CT (October 9, 2023) – Hurwitz Sagarin Slossberg & Knuff LLC (HSSK) is pleased to announce that Daniel Sorger has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice.
Sorger advises clients in complex, multi-layer commercial and civil litigation from inception through verdict or settlement and has second-chaired and conducted examinations at trial. He is also experienced with drafting key trial and appellate briefs and has successfully argued dispositive motions.

Sorger has handled high-profile matters for a broad range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, major utilities, insurers and reinsurers, municipalities, and individuals. He has worked on liability matters arising from opioids, wildfires, sports injuries, and consumer products, as well as high-stakes litigation involving energy regulatory disputes, Qui Tam claims, commercial real estate, and telecommunications.
Sorger received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he was Executive Articles Editor for the Boston College Law Review, and his B.A. from McGill University.
He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
