Hurwitz, Sagarin, Slossberg & Knuff, LLC associate Sara Sharp worked closely with client Landmark Properties, project consultants, and town staff to successfully navigate the Town of Mansfield’s rigorous entitlement process. They overcame early opposition to secure inland wetland and special permit approvals for Landmark’s mixed-use development, The Standard at Four Corners.

Located near the University of Connecticut, The Standard at Four Corners features 392 residential units, 14,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and resort-style amenity space, including a heated pool and hot tub, gaming lounge, fire pits, and more. Construction is underway on the project, which is scheduled to open in August 2025.
