Amy Souchuns Secures Approval from Old Saybrook Zoning Commission on Behalf of Cannabis Dispensary
02/13/2023Hurwitz, Sagarin, Slossberg & Knuff, LLC partner Amy Souchuns secured the approval from the Old Saybrook Zoning Commission for the development of an adult-use cannabis dispensary on behalf of Fine Fettle.
After the Commission denied Fine Fettle’s first proposal, Amy worked with her client to prepare a second proposal attuned to the concerns raised by the Commission. This second proposal addressed the Commission’s concerns regarding floor area, parking capacity and traffic circulation.
