The defendants in this high-profile case include Pratt & Whitney and five other companies that provide skilled labor in the aerospace industry. In a win for the plaintiffs, Judge Sarala V. Nagala of the US District Court for the District of Connecticut recently rejected the defendants’ motion to dismiss, allowing the case to proceed.
