Hurwitz, Sagarin, Slossberg & Knuff Successfully Obtains Multiple Land Use Approvals for Amazon E-Commerce Delivery Station
04/26/2022Following a lengthy approval process, John W. Knuff recently obtained land use approvals for an approximately 100,000 square foot Amazon e-commerce delivery station in Branford on behalf of FSI Acquisitions LLC. Located in close proximity to Interstate 95, the facility is a redevelopment of the former Sero Shirt Company warehouse and outlet center property. In addition to providing convenient access for Amazon’s distribution network, the development greatly enhances existing conditions by modernizing stormwater treatment and reducing impervious coverage. These and other development benefits led the Branford Economic Development Commission to endorse the proposal.
Attorney Knuff procured approvals from the Branford Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission, Water Pollution Control Authority, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Planning and Zoning Commission in connection with the development.
