David A. Slossberg Appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Arbitrators

12/08/2021
We are pleased to announce that David A. Slossberg, who leads the firm’s litigation practice, has been appointed to the National Roster of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association (AAA). In this role as a member of the Commercial Panel, David will hear and decide business related disputes by and/or between companies and individuals.

The largest private global provider of alternative dispute resolution services in the world, the AAA was formed in 1926 following enactment of the Federal Arbitration Act, to offer an out-of-court means to resolve conflicts. Its roster of neutral and independent arbitrators – selected for and held to the highest ethical standards — helps businesses, organizations and individuals to achieve fair, cost-effective and swift dispute resolution.

An accomplished trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience, David represents clients in a broad range of complex business disputes in federal and state courts and arbitral proceedings across the country. Highly respected by the bench and bar, in addition to his appointment to the AAA roster, he has served as a Special Master in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.  In addition, from 2012 through 2019, he heard and decided professional ethics cases as a member of the Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee, an appointment made by the Executive Committee of Judges of the Superior Court.
