Julie Pinette has a diverse legal background, having worked in various facets of litigation, including commercial disputes, insurance defense, and intellectual property.
Julie Pinette has a diverse legal background, having worked in various facets of litigation, including commercial disputes, insurance defense, and intellectual property.She plays a pivotal role in the firm’s most significant and complex cases, managing litigation matters from inception through resolution. The breadth of her experience allows her to approach each client’s matter with both strategic precision and a nuanced understanding of their needs.
Julie has extensive experience representing property developers and large financial institutions, successfully bringing and defending claims based upon contract, CUTPA and other business torts. She also has experience protecting and enforcing well known trademarks, including in litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Her biology background has benefitted clients in both sophisticated patent litigation matters and complex personal injury matters.
