With over 35 years of experience in employment law, Gary is a trusted advocate and counselor for individuals and businesses navigating workplace disputes. Admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York, Gary has dedicated his career to representing clients in matters of disability discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, severance negotiations, and wage and hour disputes.
Gary has served as a partner at prominent firms in Connecticut and New York, where he handled high-stakes litigation. Notably, he has successfully resolved cases involving seven-figure settlements for multiple plaintiffs and executive-level disputes.
He is a published authority on employment topics, co-authoring Disability Discrimination in the Workplace (West Group) and Family Responsibilities Discrimination (BNA/Bloomberg).
