Catie Ingersoll is an associate in the firm’s litigation group, where she focuses on employment law and civil litigation.

Catie brings a strong foundation in litigation, built through both her early legal experience and her academic background.

At Quinnipiac University School of Law, Catie served as president of the Mock Trial Society and as Research and Symposium Editor for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. She competed in national trial competitions throughout law school, earning recognition as a Regional Champion and Semi-Finalist in multiple tournaments. Her performance earned her several awards, including the Distinguished Academic Achievement in Advanced Mock Trial.

Catie’s interest in employment law developed early in her academic career. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations, then deepened her focus in law school through her research and writing. Her published note, Setting a Standard: Using Psychiatric Fitness-For-Duty Examinations to Determine Whether a President is Fit to Serve (2023), and her symposium presentation on cognitive testing of aging physicians reflect her commitment to exploring workplace standards from a legal perspective.
