Privacy Policy

Hurwitz Sagarin Slossberg & Knuff, LLC ("HSS&K") protects the privacy of our clients and complies with P.A. 08-167. We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients for any purpose not specifically permitted or required by law.

HSS&K's privacy policy (1) protects the confidentiality of Social Security numbers and non-public personal information; (2) prohibits the unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers and non-public personal information; and (3) limits access to Social Security numbers and non-public personal information.

Although HSS&K employs advanced technology to manage our computer network, we do not store Social Security numbers or other identifying non-public personal information on our computer network. Additionally, all physical records retained by our firm after the conclusion of our representation are destroyed/shredded prior to disposal.
